Honestly I can't talk up Milieu enough. There was a pandemic thrown into the mix but I've finally moved into my new home and I am absolutely delighted with it. I've lost count of the number of times over the past couple of years when talking about my new place I've said "I never considered buying off the plan, it was always about buying into a Milieu development".

My experience with Milieu has far surpassed all expectations. Patrick is an absolute gem who has continually gone above and beyond for us at the drop a hat. Honestly, if it’s not Milieu don’t bother!!

To Patrick and the team at Milieu, thank you for making the purchase of my first home easy and straightforward (and at times really fun!). I was so nervous about it all and Patrick was always there to answer every one of my questions (no matter how neurotic I was being!) The build itself is beautiful (I’ve been in my home for 8 months now) and I’m so glad I went for something special. I just love walking in my front door every day. Some apartments are so obviously built to rent out - I wanted a home to live in forever. Milieu actually got that. Thanks again Patrick! I’m forever grateful and have zero regrets! See you again when I convince my sister to move back to Melbourne 😊

Would highly recommend purchasing a Milieu property. Great team, great communication and the whole experience really was as good as I could have hoped for a new build. Quality is second to none and they really are built to last which is remarkable considering the number of cheap builds on the market today that look great day one and then everything slowly falls apart over the next year! We're a few years in and yet to have an issue other than a lock on the back gate. Really could not have been happier with our decision to buy. Thanks Milieu team!

We moved into a three-bed Milieu apartment in Breese St Brunswick, five months ago and we love it! We are blown away by the design of this place - the smart use of space and light, the gorgeous textures of floors and ceilings, the way the roof garden is set out, just so many things. We have always lived in old places, and partly we just can't believe we are in a place where everything is fresh and the drawers glide and the double glazing - oh my! Talk about effective! Milieu staff have also been most helpful and friendly - Patrick has been our go to person. It is a delight to live in a quality build, where everything is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Very happy campers!

My Dad purchased an investment property from Milieu which I rented for a number of years. I was the first to move in and can happily report there was only one small plumbing issue early on (thanks to a rag being flushed down the loo) but this was resolved with great urgency thanks to the lovely team and we didn't have a single issue after that! We were delighted by the quality of the build, fixtures and fittings. These guys really know and appreciate quality. When Dad first showed me the floor plan I was a little worried about the size however, it was so cleverly designed that we couldn't even fill all the storage space and for a small 2bed townhouse it felt amazingly spacious. The modern, industrial design really lifted the feel of the space, we have such find memories of weekends spent on the rooftop and we absolutely loved our time there. My partner and I are hoping to buy a Milieu property in the future. Would definitely reccomend to anyone considering!

We purchased a Milieu apartment off-the-plan back in 2016. It was our first purchase, so we were super anxious about the process. The build took a while, and it ended up behind schedule after there were issues with the builder etc – the standard issues when dealing with the construction industry. However, we were kept informed by their team, and communicated with them regularly throughout the entire process. They were open to giving us honest feedback & updates which we appreciated, especially considering the extensive warnings we had been given by friends on their experiences with other developers. They accommodated our needs and reassured us wherever possible. Over the months leading up to settlement and the months following, we gradually met with most of their team, and appreciated their efforts to make sure we were happy. During rectifications, the builder went into voluntary administration, so the Milieu team worked directly with contractors and suppliers. Knowing the industry, we were pleasantly surprised. 2 years on, and we still love our apartment. Would we buy with Milieu again? Absolutely. More than anything we appreciated that there was a face to the name, and they were such great people to work with.

Purchased my first off-the-plan apartment in 2022, at Otter Place in Collingwood. The apartment block is about ready for us to move into now. There was an Open House for it just last Saturday, 3 August 2024. Many of us soon-to-be neighbours have already met up, at a canapes evening Milieu organised to keep us informed on the build and to introduce the occupants to each other. There has only been one delay of approximately 2 months on the build. All throughout the process from enquiry to confirmation of the apartment I wanted, payment of the 10% deposit, throughout the build period and even during inspections of the apartment, Patrick, Sally and the Milieu team have been very helpful, providing regular updates and keeping us informed of next steps. I have always received prompt and honest responses to my queries and for that reason I'm glad I'm in one of their builds, because I feel that they care about what they develop and their interaction with their customers.

We regularly work alongside Milieu Property on projects and they’re a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, great communication, and they actually follow things through. From what we see on site, they genuinely care about getting good outcomes for their clients. Solid team and easy to recommend.

Would definitely recommend Milieu Property as a very good quality property developer. We previously bought off the plan from another developer but Milieu is far, far superior. Special mention - Patrick has been incredible. He is in touch with all details and cares a great deal about the end result. We are VERY pleased with our beautiful apartment at 1 Plant Street, Malvern. Highly recommend Milieu (and Patrick!)
